                                             Vendredi : 17h30 – 18h30 

Jeunes (6-10 ans) :    Lundi : 17h30– 19h00 

                            Mercredi: 15h15 – 16h45 

                     Samedi: 14h – 15h30 

                         Tout âge - éducatif  Ju-jitsu :   Jeudi : 18h00 – 19h30

                                                Ados (10-14 ans) :   Mardi: 18h30 – 20h00

                                                                                       Vendredi : 18h30 – 20h00 

                                                                      Judo « technique » : Mercredi : 20h00 – 21h30 

                                                                  Adultes (dès 14 ans) :   Mardi : 20h00 – 21h30 

                                                                                               Vendredi : 20h00 – 21h30 

Ju jutsu-Self défense (dès 12 ans) :   

Samedi : 10h30 – 12h30 

Taïso dès 14 ans : 

Lundi : 19h00 –20h00

Samedi : 10h00 - 11h00
